This August marks the first edition of 'The Springfield Splash', a new stand-alone event we've introduced for the 2025 circuit. Unlike our main qualifier series, this is a much more relaxed occasion with quite literally anyone welcome to whip out the clubs for the afternoon & join us for a big summer social.
With a 1pm start time, you can always squeeze in a half day at work if you’re tight / if you must. We're very much treating it as an end of season 'knees-up', a relaxed pairs event celebrating all things we love about the game. Expect plenty of treats and surprises- this is certainly not one to be missed.
Following the golf, we'll be hosting a BBQ buffet on the terrace & sinking a few cold ones before Lemonade Golf Club kickstart the official after party. Don't forget to pack your trunks/swimwear as this is all happening poolside in the baking 30°C sun. Now that's my idea of a very nice day out. Hopefully the weather God's come through & give us a pool party for the ages.

Competition Format
Pairs Stableford – Better Ball – Flight Competition
Each player independently plays their own ball throughout the round, and on each hole, the team's score is determined by the higher points earned by the two individual players in the Stableford format.
The competition will be split into 2 handicap divisions, with the winners of each division progressing to a 1-hole shootout to determine the winning pair! A dramatic ending to the golf awaits.
The maximum handicap for this event is 36. Higher handicaps are welcome but must play off 36.
Enter as a pair or as a solo player, and we will pair you up with another player.

Event Registration will be open from 11am, allowing players to register, collect their starter packs, warm up at the driving range and grab some pre-round refreshments.
About The Course
Join us at the stunning Dyrham Park Golf & Country Club, a genuine hidden gem just outside out of London in the rolling Hertfordshire countryside. Dyrham is home to a pristine, tree-lined championship course that offers a perfect blend of beauty and challenge, with mature parkland, sparkling water features, and immaculate fairways from start to finish. Throw in a beautiful Palladian Mansion, an immaculate 19th terrace & a sizeable outdoor swimming pool, and there you have it, the perfect venue for all your golfing needs.
Highlights include the standout 7th hole, with its dramatic carry over water, and the infamous 14–16 stretch, known as 'the loop' which can make or break your round. Potters Bar - overground rail from Kings Cross - approx 3 miles from the club

Directions from High Barnet
From High Barnet drive 1 mile along Wood Street, turning right into Galley Lane at the junction of "The Arkley" public house on the right. Drive for approximately 1¼ miles along Galley Lane until you reach dyrham park country club on the right.
Directions from the M25
From the M25 leave at Junction 23 and drive south on the A1 Barnet by-pass towards London. After approximately a mile, at the footbridge, take the first left turning and at the immediate T-junction turn right into Galley Lane. The entrance to Dyrham park country club is approximately 75 yards on the left.
Directions from London
From London, drive north on the A1 towards the M25. At the M25 Junction 23 take the sliproad left up to the roundabout. Go around the roundabout and head south towards London on the A1. After approximately a mile, at the footbridge, take the first left turning. At the immediate T-junction turn right into Galley Lane. The entrance to Dyrham park country club is approximately 75 yards on the left.
Can others join after the golf?
Yes! Non-golfers, girlfriends, boyfriends, husbands, wives you name it, are all welcome to join after the golf for the pool party, music & afters. Tickets are priced at £25 per person for the after party, which includes pool party access & a welcome drink on arrival.
